Webster’s dictionary defines diversity as “the condition of having or being composed of differing elements; Variety, especially the inclusion of people of different races, cultures, etc. in a group or organization”.

SG embraces the diversity of our Team Members. We did not set out to specifically create a diverse Team, but when you value and respect opinions and skill sets that differ from yours, as we do at SG, diversity is a natural byproduct.
