Iryna joined SG in 2020 as HR Professional. She has since expanded her role to include all HR management responsibilities. Iryna guides and manages human resources services, policies, and programs. She consults with company leadership on organization design and restructuring and provides workforce analysis and planning. Iryna has a passion for recruiting, coordinating, and conducting training sessions and general HR functions. She is a leader of the SG Fun Committee.

Iryna received her Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management and M.B.A from the Oakland University. She loves to travel, experience new cultures, try different food and read Ukrainian books.
