As a Controller, Monil Shah is responsible for leading our accounting team and providing support and guidance to the properties to achieve higher NOI. Monil graduated from Walsh College of Business in 2012 with a Bachelor of Accountancy. He shares an accounting background going back 12 years, which includes 7 years of prior experience working for a Real Estate Management Company.

In his free time, Monil enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends.
