Over the past two decades, Selam Sanders has established a successful, long-term track record in Multifamily Housing. Mrs. Sanders co-founded SG Real Estate with an initial purchase of a small two-family flat on the City of Detroit’s west side. Since then, Mrs. Sanders has bought, renovated, sold, and managed over 4.5 million square feet of residential and commercial office space and currently owns and/or has acquired and managed over $200 Million in multifamily apartments.

Selam holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. She currently sits on several community service organization boards including Beyond Basics, a literacy advocacy program. She enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs.
